The vacation home with a balcony directly on the south beach is located in the Strandburg, on the 3rd floor, overlooking the marina. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is therefore ideal for families with children, for couples and also for small groups of friends without or with a dog. If being close to the beach, having a view of the water and a balcony is especially important to you, you will surely feel at home here.

The vacation home is not only located directly on the sea, but it is also thoroughly maritime inside. Seagulls, beach grass and boats can therefore be found near your apartment and as decoration inside. Even the beautiful blue walls and the bullies in a painting directly remind you of the sea and the Bullie Festival, which takes place every year on Fehmarn.
The bedroom with a cozy double bed is a special highlight in the vacation home. It is located directly under a skylight, which means that you can still count the stars in the evening when you fall asleep and see seagulls flying by in the morning when you wake up.
In the large living room, you'll find a comfortable couch, a cozy foldaway bed, and the open eat-in kitchen. So there's plenty of room here for socializing, talking or just relaxing and watching your favorite series and movies.
When you open the door to the balcony or the windows, you can enjoy the fresh ocean air and the calls of the seagulls. The balcony is also ideal if you want to sit in peace and quiet and enjoy the view over the water and the marina in complete privacy.

The apartment is located directly on the south beach in Burgtiefe on Fehmarn, in the "Strandburg". The "Strandburg" is an apartment house in which many vacation homes are rented on 5 floors with an elevator. On the first floor, in addition to some vacation homes, there is also a bakery where you can buy fresh rolls, delicious bread and many sweets. You will also find an ice cream parlor and a 24/7 Kiosk with all kinds of items.
This vacation home with balcony is also perfect for you if you want to book several vacation homes, and you wish to have only short distances between them.
Otherwise, you also have the opportunity to walk along the kilometer-long southern beach or to make trips by bike. Basically, you can explore the whole island of Fehmarn on foot or by bike because there are paths everywhere along the coast.
So you can even explore the nature reserves like the Grüner Brink in the north, the bird sanctuary "Wallnau" in the west or the steep coast at Katharinenhof in the east. At Katharinenhof, you also have the opportunity to take diving courses, go fishing and engage in many other ways.

In addition, when booking this apartment, you will receive 1 time daily 3 hours free admission to the "FehMare", the swimming and wave pool on the southern beach of Fehmarn. You can also use the sauna free of charge during the 3 hours to relax.

Insgesamt waren wir im Urlaubsmodus gelassen.
sowie der Müll Abtransport schlecht. Kleiderablage für 2 Personen dürftig,,Besteck mangelhaft, Duschwanne nur für schlanke und nicht behinderte Gäste geeignet, keine Microwelle und Geschirrhaken vorhanden. Sitzsofa gewöhnungsbedürftig! Ausblick und Lage gut.
Tolle Wohnung
Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Lösung mit dem Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist toll und bietet eine Menge Platz.
Auch die sonstige Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Toll ist auch das es sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gibt.
Das Haus ist in einer direkten Lage zum Strand und zum Hafen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
schöne Wohnung in angenehmer Lage
Kleiderschrank haben wir leider keinen gefunden, im Kinderzimmer quietschte das Bett bei jeder Bewegung.
Wohnung nehmen wir gerne wieder (ohne quietschendes Bett).
Häufig gestellte Fragen
Ab wann können wir einchecken und wann müssen wir auschecken?
Den Check-In können Sie zwischen 15:00 und 18:00 Uhr in unserem Verwaltungsbüro in der Industriestr. 6 in Burg auf Fehmarn durchführen. Direkt im Anschluss können Sie Ihre Unterkunft beziehen. Ein früherer Bezug ist leider nicht möglich.
Der Check-Out muss bis 10:00 Uhr erfolgen. Den Schlüssel geben Sie entweder persönlich in unserem Büro in Burg ab oder werfen ihn in den dafür vorgesehenen Schlüsseltresor am Büro.
Können wir kontaktlos einchecken oder spät anreisen?
Ja, kontaktlose Check-Ins sind möglich. Bitte informieren Sie uns mindestens eine Woche vor Ihrer Anreise per E-Mail oder Telefon über Ihren Wunsch.
Bei Anreisen nach 18:00 Uhr rufen Sie uns bitte vorab unter 04371 86 42 01 an. Wir bereiten dann einen Schlüsseltresor für Sie vor. Den Code finden Sie auf Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung.
Was ist im Mietpreis inklusive?
In den auf unserer Website angezeigten Preisen sind Endreinigung, Strom, Wasser und die Servicepauschale bereits enthalten. Es entstehen keine versteckten Zusatzkosten.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive, außer es steht explizit in der Ausstattung, können aber hinzugebucht werden.
Eine Kaution wird nicht erhoben.
Die Kurtaxe muss als Ortsabgabe zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Mehr dazu finden Sie unter dem Punkt "Müssen wir Kurabgabe zahlen und was ist die Ostseecard?"
Können wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher buchen?
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht im Mietpreis enthalten. Sie können diese bei der Buchung oder beim Check-In hinzubuchen: Bettwäsche kostet 20 Euro pro Set, Handtücher 10 Euro pro Set und ein Kombi-Set aus Bettwäsche und Handtüchern 30 Euro pro Set.
Müssen wir Kurabgabe zahlen und was ist die Ostseecard?
Ja, jeder Tourist ab 18 Jahren ist verpflichtet, die Kurabgabe zu entrichten. In der Nebensaison beträgt sie 1,50 Euro pro Person und Tag, in der Hauptsaison (15.05. bis 14.09.) 2,30 Euro pro Person und Tag.
Als Nachweis erhalten Sie die Ostseecard. Diese können Sie beim Check-In als physische Karte abholen oder bereits vor Ihrer Anreise als digitale Ostseecard auf Ihrem Smartphone hinterlegen, sobald wir alle erforderlichen Daten von Ihnen erhalten haben.
Gibt es WLAN in der Unterkunft?
WLAN ist nicht in allen Unterkünften verfügbar. Ob Ihre gewünschte Unterkunft über WLAN verfügt, entnehmen Sie bitte der Ausstattungsliste auf der jeweiligen Objektseite.
Gibt es einen Parkplatz?
Für die meisten Unterkünfte stehen Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nicht bei allen Unterkünften einen festen Stellplatz garantieren können. Für Unterkünfte an der Strandburg erhalten Sie beispielsweise einen Parkschein, mit dem Sie kostenlos auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus parken können.
Sind Haustiere erlaubt?

Wie reise ich am besten nach Fehmarn an?
Fehmarn ist über die Fehmarnsundbrücke mit dem Festland verbunden und bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Zugverbindung zwischen Lübeck und Puttgarden aufgrund der geplanten Fehmarnbeltquerung eingestellt wurde. Stattdessen verkehren Busse des Schienenersatzverkehrs "X85 Fehmarn" im Stundentakt ab Lübeck Hauptbahnhof. Bitte informieren Sie sich vor Ihrer Anreise bei der Travel information from Deutsche Bahn.
Wie komme ich auf der Insel am besten von A nach B?
Neben dem eigenen Auto oder Fahrrad können Sie mit der Ostseecard den Bürgerbus kostenlos nutzen. Zusätzlich können Sie seit August 2025 innerhalb der Tarifzone Fehmarn-Burg den öffentlichen Busverkehr kostenlos nutzen. Das gilt für Touristen und Einheimische und umfasst Burg mit Burgtiefe, Neue Tiefe, Landkirchen, Wulfen und weitere Ortsteile. Hunde und Fahrräder können je nach Verfügbarkeit kostenlos mitgenommen werden.
