The 57 m² Inselblume 15 accommodates up to 4 people and is situated in a quiet, central location in Neue Tiefe. Here you'll stay away from the hustle and bustle while still reaching the south beach, Burgstaaken harbor and Burg town center within minutes.
Location in Neue Tiefe – central yet peaceful
From your vacation home on Bürgermeister-Fox-Straße, it's only 920 meters to the south beach. A pleasant ten-minute walk brings you to the fine sandy beach where you can swim, stroll or simply enjoy the sun.
The harbor of Burgstaaken with its fishing boats and maritime restaurants is just 1.2 km away. Here you can buy fresh fish directly from the boats or dine in one of the harbor restaurants overlooking the marina. The town center of Burg with its cafés, shops and restaurants is 2.4 km away.
Neue Tiefe itself is a quiet residential area without its own shops or restaurants. Instead, you'll enjoy absolute tranquility while still being close to everything. The island's attractions like the Ocean Center (3.7 km) or Galileo World of Knowledge (3.6 km) are just short drives away.

The bedroom welcomes you with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. After a day full of beach walks and island discoveries, you'll sleep wonderfully here.
The large kitchen invites you to cook together. Whether you're preparing fresh fish from the harbor or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, you'll find everything you need here. The coffee machine ensures the perfect start to your vacation day.
Everyone comes together in the spacious living room with large dining table. After a day at the beach, you can relax here, dine together or simply put your feet up. The pull-out sofa bed provides two additional sleeping places.
The modern bathroom with shower lets you review the day. Here you wash off sand and salt water and prepare for a cozy evening.
Special features – beach chair feeling on your own terrace
A special highlight awaits you on the covered southwest-facing terrace: your own beach chair! Here you can enjoy the beach feeling without leaving the house. The small lawn area invites you to sunbathe.
In any weather, you can sit on the covered terrace and enjoy the fresh sea air. Have breakfast outside or end the day with a glass of wine. Surfing or kiting equipment can dry well here.
This vacation home is not suitable for pets. If you'd like to travel with your four-legged friend, you'll find our dog-friendly accommodations here.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can we check in, and when do we have to check out?
You can check in between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at our administrative office located at Industriestr. 6 in Burg on Fehmarn. You may move into your accommodation immediately afterward. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Please either return the key in person to our office in Burg or drop it into the designated key drop box at the office.
Can we check in contactlessly or arrive late?
Yes, contactless check-ins are available. Please let us know your preference by email or phone at least one week before your arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please call us in advance at 04371 86 42 01 We will then set up a key safe for you. You will find the code on your booking confirmation.
What is included in the rent?
The prices listed on our website already include final cleaning, electricity, water, and the service fee. There are no hidden additional costs.
Bedding and towels are not included, unless explicitly stated in the amenities, but can be added to your booking.
No security deposit is required.
The visitor’s tax must be paid separately as a local tax. You can find more information on this under the heading “Do we have to pay visitor’s tax, and what is the Ostseecard?”
Can we reserve bed linens and towels?
Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price. You can add these when booking or at check-in: Bed linens cost 20 euros per set, towels 10 euros per set, and a combo set of bed linens and towels 30 euros per set.
Do we have to pay a visitor's tax, and what is the Ostseecard?
Yes, all tourists aged 18 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. During the off-season, it is 1.50 euros per person per day; during the high season (May 15 to September 14), it is 2.30 euros per person per day.
You will receive the Ostseecard as proof of eligibility. You can pick up a physical card at check-in or download a digital Ostseecard to your smartphone before your arrival, as soon as we have received all the necessary information from you.
Is there Wi-Fi at the accommodation?
Wi-Fi is not available in all accommodations. Please check the amenities list on the respective property page to see if your chosen accommodation has Wi-Fi.
Is there a parking lot?
Parking is available at most accommodations. Please note that we cannot guarantee a designated parking space at all accommodations. For accommodations at the Strandburg, for example, you will receive a parking pass that allows you to park for free in the public parking lot in front of the building.
Are pets allowed?

What is the best way to get to Fehmarn?
Fehmarn is connected to the mainland via the Fehmarnsundbrücke and is easily accessible by car. Please note that the train service between Lübeck and Puttgarden has been suspended due to the planned Fehmarn Belt crossing. Instead, “X85 Fehmarn” rail replacement buses run hourly from Lübeck Central Station. Please check with the Travel information from Deutsche Bahn.
What's the best way to get from point A to point B on the island?
In addition to your own car or bicycle, the Ostseecard allows you to use the community bus for free. Furthermore, since August 2025, you can use public bus transportation free of charge within the Fehmarn-Burg fare zone. This applies to both tourists and locals and covers Burg, Burgtiefe, Neue Tiefe, Landkirchen, Wulfen, and other districts. Dogs and bicycles may be brought along free of charge, subject to availability.
