The completely renovated vacation home in the quiet residential area between the center of Burg auf Fehmarn and Burgstaaken is ideal for 2 to 4 people. You can also bring your dog to this vacation home with garden, so that the whole family or all persons can feel especially comfortable and no one has to stay at home.

When you enter the vacation home through the hallway, you walk right past the spacious bathroom, where you can freshen up after your excursions on the island or to the beach. If your clothes ever get dirty or wet, you will also find the washing machine and dryer there, which you can use at any time.
Once you arrive in the large living room, you can really make yourself comfortable on the huge couch. Then, in the adjoining kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook your favorite meals while enjoying the view of the garden or chatting with the others.
After dinner, you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace in the garden and enjoy your privacy as well as the sun while the kids or the dog romp around in the garden.
Even on the rainy days, you are well taken care of in this vacation home. The winter garden with its large table invites you to have a drink while the raindrops patter on the roof.
At the end of the day, you can then retreat to the spacious bedrooms and snuggle up in your large bed, maybe watch some TV before slowly traveling to the land of dreams, so you can get up the next day refreshed and invigorated.

The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area, in Burg auf Fehmarn, near Burgstaaken and from the Reiterkoppel. This makes the apartment ideal, especially if you like to walk or bike and want to live quietly.
It is only a few minutes from there to the south beach, the harbor of Burgstaaken and the city center of Burg. This means that you have many of the best restaurants, cafés and attractions such as the submarine museum, the Dunkelexperiment as well as Funtasia mini golf in the immediate proximity.
You can also walk or bike to the south beach, which could save you the trouble of finding a parking spot on the beach. Of course, you can also enjoy the greenery of your garden with low-lying lawn if you prefer to keep to yourself.
Fehmarn offers a wide range of activities, sights and culinary highlights for you to try out, visit and sample. You can also rent beach chairs and sports equipment. Inselblume 68 and Inselblume 64 are also connected by a door in the garden, which makes the garden even bigger.
Especially if you don't want to leave the house, the shared games cellar with the ping-pong table, a small pool table and the table football is also ideal to pass the time or to get some rest from the children.

When can we check in, and when do we have to check out?
You can check in between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at our administrative office located at Industriestr. 6 in Burg on Fehmarn. You may move into your accommodation immediately afterward. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Please either return the key in person to our office in Burg or drop it into the designated key drop box at the office.
Can we check in contactlessly or arrive late?
Yes, contactless check-ins are available. Please let us know your preference by email or phone at least one week before your arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please call us in advance at 04371 86 42 01 We will then set up a key safe for you. You will find the code on your booking confirmation.
What is included in the rent?
The prices listed on our website already include final cleaning, electricity, water, and the service fee. There are no hidden additional costs.
Bedding and towels are not included, unless explicitly stated in the amenities, but can be added to your booking.
No security deposit is required.
The visitor’s tax must be paid separately as a local tax. You can find more information on this under the heading “Do we have to pay visitor’s tax, and what is the Ostseecard?”
Can we reserve bed linens and towels?
Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price. You can add these when booking or at check-in: Bed linens cost 20 euros per set, towels 10 euros per set, and a combo set of bed linens and towels 30 euros per set.
Do we have to pay a visitor's tax, and what is the Ostseecard?
Yes, all tourists aged 18 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. During the off-season, it is 1.50 euros per person per day; during the high season (May 15 to September 14), it is 2.30 euros per person per day.
You will receive the Ostseecard as proof of eligibility. You can pick up a physical card at check-in or download a digital Ostseecard to your smartphone before your arrival, as soon as we have received all the necessary information from you.
Is there Wi-Fi at the accommodation?
Wi-Fi is not available in all accommodations. Please check the amenities list on the respective property page to see if your chosen accommodation has Wi-Fi.
Is there a parking lot?
Parking is available at most accommodations. Please note that we cannot guarantee a designated parking space at all accommodations. For accommodations at the Strandburg, for example, you will receive a parking pass that allows you to park for free in the public parking lot in front of the building.
Are pets allowed?

What is the best way to get to Fehmarn?
Fehmarn is connected to the mainland via the Fehmarnsundbrücke and is easily accessible by car. Please note that the train service between Lübeck and Puttgarden has been suspended due to the planned Fehmarn Belt crossing. Instead, “X85 Fehmarn” rail replacement buses run hourly from Lübeck Central Station. Please check with the Travel information from Deutsche Bahn.
What's the best way to get from point A to point B on the island?
In addition to your own car or bicycle, the Ostseecard allows you to use the community bus for free. Furthermore, since August 2025, you can use public bus transportation free of charge within the Fehmarn-Burg fare zone. This applies to both tourists and locals and covers Burg, Burgtiefe, Neue Tiefe, Landkirchen, Wulfen, and other districts. Dogs and bicycles may be brought along free of charge, subject to availability.
